My husband and I were extremely particular with what we were looking for in a home. I had been looking for a home since Dec 2015 and went through several agents that just wanted to sell a home, any home. Karina understood exactly what I wanted and nailed it on the first showing! It was a difficult home purchase with a ton of back and forth with seller/lender issues. She stuck through it to the very end and took the initiative to find the answers to the millions of random questions I came up with. I felt she had my best interest at heart through the entire process and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and the best deal possible, which is very difficult in the current market. We highly recommend calling Karina if you want a hard working agent! She gave us great tips on preparing our home for the market and followed up with every single person that showed any interest in our home.
